CAFÉ’s Board of Directors is made up of dedicated community members who share a vision of a stronger, more inclusive Wenatchee Valley. Together, we guide CAFÉ’s mission, provide oversight and support, and ensure the organization thrives for generations to come.

If you’re passionate about education, family advancement, and building community, we invite you to consider serving on our Board.

  • As a CAFE Board Member, you’ll:

    ✅ Play a key role in shaping CAFE’s vision and direction

    ✅ Strengthen our programs and community impact

    ✅ Build valuable leadership skills and connections

    ✅ Support fundraising and advocacy efforts

    ✅ Represent the voice of our diverse community

  • Board Members are vital ambassadors for CAFE. We ask that you:

    • Attend monthly Board meetings (typically 1.5–2 hours)

    • Serve on at least one committee

    • Support fundraising and outreach efforts

    • Act as a community advocate for CAFE’s mission and programs

    • Make a personal financial contribution that is meaningful to you

    (No prior board experience required—just a passion for community and willingness to learn.)
